- 1 x Exhibitor Booth: 8’x10′ ($2,250) or 8’x20′ ($4,500)
- Note: A non-refundable $500 fee is included in the price. To purchase a double booth, simply add two booths to your cart.
- 1 x Exhibitor Staff Badge for access to Sunday Welcome Reception plus Monday and Tuesday lunches, breaks, and technical sessions. Access to tours or special events are not included. Additional Exhibitor Staff Badges will be available for purchase at $100 each.
- Delegate List (2 weeks before + after the event)*
- Logo on Exhibitor Map displayed at entrance of Exhibitor Hall for the duration of the trade show
- Exhibitor Listing in printed conference program including a small logo, company contact name/email, and 50-word description
- Logo and 50-word company profile in the Exhibitor Directory on the app and website

Staff Registration: Each booth includes one Exhibitor Staff Badge for access to the Sunday Welcome Reception plus Monday and Tuesday lunches, breaks, and technical sessions. Access to tours or special events are not included. Additional Exhibitor Staff Badges will be available for purchase at $100 each. Banquet tickets will also be available.
Booth Selection: Exhibitors will be contacted in order of registration to select booth locations.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be requested in writing via email. The $500 application fee is non-refundable. For space cancellations after April 1, 2020 exhibitors forfeit 50% of total booth rental (plus application fee). There is no refund for cancellations after May 1, 2020.
